Why PalladiumPeak exists.
PalladiumPeak grew out of a simple observation: every industry has bottlenecks that software can solve — and the people who see them every day are the best people to build the solution.
We proved it firsthand. Each of our companies started with someone who lived the problem — we identified the gap, validated it, and built a production software company to solve it. We built these before we had a name for the model.
Now we're opening the model to external operators. Our engineering team builds and operates production software every day. That operational depth is what makes the model work. We don't advise from the sidelines. We write code.
